If you are interested in :
- Your rights as a subcontractor and how subcontractor groups are working for you
- Eyes Wide Open – Want to know what your rights are under a contract whether you are offering or accepting one
- What is happening around non complying products
Then this is your opportunity to find out :
Louise Stewart – Chairwoman Subcontractors WA & Board member Australian Subcontractors Association. Louise has done a lot around pushing State Government to implement legislation for fair terms and project bank accounts. She has recently done a lot of work around negotiating terms for subbies remobilizing to Cooper & Oxley sites after the company went into voluntary administration.
David Court from CSI – They specialise in provision of dispute avoidance and resolution services in project, contract, claim, dispute and commercial management and regularly conduct training and workshops.
Building Commission – We have the NCC which is a uniform set of technical provisions for the design, construction and performance of buildings including building products (excluding electrical and telecommunication products) throughout Australia, so what needs to happen to halt the flow of NCBPs still being used?
